Within 30 Days of Purchase:
TELUHA offers free brand-new replacements for confirmed manufacturing defects within the first 30 days of delivery. We will cover all associated domestic shipping costs.
After 30 Days (Within the 2-Year Warranty Period):
For valid warranty claims filed after 30 days (and within the 2-year period), TELUHA will provide free repair services or a replacement product (new or refurbished to like-new condition) at our discretion.
How to File a Warranty Claim

To expedite the process, you must include clear photos or short videos demonstrating the reported defect, along with your original proof of purchase.
Step 3: Technical Evaluation
Our engineering and support team will evaluate your submitted claim within 3–5 business days to determine eligibility.
Step 4: Resolution Fulfillment
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and returning instructions. Depending on the issue, we will fulfill the claim via Repair, Replacement, or Refund (if a replacement is unavailable).

Warranty Limitations & Important Notices
- Non-Transferable: This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.
- Remaining Warranty Alignment: Replacement products or repaired parts provided under this warranty do not restart the 2-year period; they inherit only the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
- Tamper Notice: TELUHA reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the product housing has been opened, tampered with, or serial numbers have been altered.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TELUHA is not liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or malfunction of the product.
