User Guide & FAQ

Learn how to get the most out of your night vision gear.

Quick Start

Follow these simple steps to get your night vision gear up and running in minutes.

1

Turn On the Device

Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds until the device powers on.

This indicator light signals the power and charging status. Please refer to your User Manual for the specific color logic of your model.
2

Adjust Screen Brightness

Enter the Menu and select the screen brightness setting to adjust the screen light level.

Adjust to a comfortable brightness level based on your environment for the best viewing experience.
3

Adjust the Focus

Rotate the Focus Wheel until the image on the screen is sharp and clear.

Fine-tune the wheel to achieve optimized clarity for the current distance. Do not over-tighten the Focus Wheel to avoid damaging the optical components.

4

Enable IR Illuminator

Press the IR "+" / "▲" or "-" / "▼" buttons to activate and adjust the IR levels.

IR is not required if ambient light is sufficient. For low-light or total darkness, increase the IR level to achieve the clearest view.
🔍
5

Use Digital Zoom

Press and hold the corresponding "+" / "▲" or "-" / "▼" buttons to magnify or minimize the view.

High zoom levels may reduce image clarity; use the Focus Wheel to fine-tune the view.
6

Turn Off the Device

Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn off the device.

It is recommended to turn off the device immediately when not in use to extend battery life.

⚠️ Important Safety Notice

  • Daytime use is supported. However, avoid pointing the lens directly at strong light sources (like the sun or lasers) to prevent damage to the internal sensors.
  • The IR (Infrared) illuminator emits invisible but high-energy light. Never stare directly into the emitter or point it at anyone's eyes at close range to prevent potential retinal damage.
  • Inspect the device regularly to ensure all components are intact.
  • Let the device acclimate to the ambient temperature before using in extreme conditions.
  • Children must use the device under adult supervision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions about your night vision gear.

Yes. However, avoid pointing the lens at strong light sources such as the sun or high-intensity spotlights — overexposure can permanently damage the internal optical sensor. During daytime use, the device typically displays images in full color.
Digital zoom enlarges pixels from the sensor. To restore clarity:
  • Re-focus manually — rotate the front focus wheel after every zoom adjustment.
  • Stay steady — high magnification is very sensitive to small movements.
  • Check IR level — in dark environments, raise the IR illuminator level.
  1. Ensure the lens is clean — no smudges or fingerprints.
  2. Rotate the focus wheel to match your target distance.
  3. Adjust screen brightness to suit your environment.
  4. Try restarting the device to refresh the system.
  5. If the problem persists, contact our technical support team.
Battery life varies by model (5,000mAh or 10,000mAh) and usage:
  • In daytime or low-power settings: typically 10–20+ hours.
  • Using the IR illuminator at night significantly increases power consumption.
  • Tactical light, backlit buttons, screen brightness, and ambient temperature also affect runtime.
  • Tip: Carry a power bank for extended overnight use.
Infrared light is invisible to the naked eye, but it can be detected by other night vision devices. For covert operations, turn off the IR illuminator and rely on available ambient or moonlight instead.
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the lens.
  • For stubborn smudges, lightly dampen the cloth with distilled water.
  • Do not use abrasive materials or strong chemical solvents — they will damage the optical coatings.
The device is designed for everyday splash resistance:
  • ✅ Handles light rain, mist, and accidental splashes.
  • ❌ Not waterproof — do not submerge or use in heavy rain.
  • If the device gets wet, dry it promptly with a clean cloth.
The device can handle light mist or damp outdoor conditions, but use in moderate to heavy rain is not recommended. Prolonged rain exposure may affect optical clarity or allow moisture ingress.
  • Store in a cool, dry location.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Avoid high-temperature environments such as a parked car in summer.
  • Excess heat can damage internal optical sensors and shorten battery life.
All products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and internal component failures under normal use.

Not covered: Normal wear (scratches, cosmetic damage), accidental damage, drops, water damage, or device misuse.
