30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy on all TELUHA products. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility Requirements:

  • The product must be in like-new, fully functional condition with no signs of cosmetic abuse.
  • All original included accessories, components, manuals, and promotional items must be intact and complete.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging. If the original packaging is severely damaged, please contact our support team first to ensure secure alternative packaging is used to avoid transit damage.
  • Note: Separately purchased accessories or individual consumable parts are not eligible for free promotional returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@teluha.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your Order Number
  • A brief, detailed description of the reason for the return.
  • Clear photos or videos (Strictly required for items claimed as defective or damaged upon arrival to clearly demonstrate the issue).

After Approval:

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization and detailed shipping instructions.

Important:

Please do not send items back to us without prior authorization, as unauthorized packages cannot be tracked and will not be processed for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

TELUHA covers return shipping for:

  • Products that arrive damaged upon delivery.
  • Incorrect items shipped due to our warehouse error.
  • Products with verified manufacturing defects within the first 30 days.

The customer covers return shipping for:

Non-quality-related returns (such as buyer's remorse, change of mind, personal preference, or accidental duplicate orders). The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package is safely tracked.

Convenience:

In certain cases where TELUHA is responsible, we may provide a prepaid return label for your convenience.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your optical equipment immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Once verified, TELUHA will provide a swift solution at no cost to you, which may include:

  • Shipping a brand-new replacement product.
  • Issuing a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds & Processing Times

We reserve the right to inspect all returned products at our facility before formally approving a refund.

  • Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our warehouse team, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
  • Warehouse Inspection: 2–3 Business Days upon arrival.
  • Refund Processing Time: Typically 3–5 business days after the refund is issued in our system.
  • Note: Actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution or credit card issuer. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the transaction.

Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched from our fulfillment center for a full, immediate refund.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already been processed and handed over to the carrier, it cannot be canceled in transit. The customer must receive the package and initiate a standard 30-day return process as outlined above.
