Welcome to TELUHA. We are committed to delivering your high-quality optics safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipping Regions & Service Areas
TELUHA currently ships exclusively within the United States.
Shipping Restrictions:
- We are strictly unable to deliver to the following regions or address types due to carrier limitations and product security:
- Excluded US States & Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau.
- Military Zones: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
- Restricted Addresses & Services: PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, secure protected areas, or international freight forwarders.
- Please note: Orders placed with a shipping address belonging to any of the restricted categories above will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping:
Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.
Expedited Shipping:
Need your gear faster? We offer an Expedited Shipping option at checkout for an additional fee. The exact shipping rate will be calculated dynamically during checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Please note: Expedited shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier and are strictly non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
Our fulfillment process is optimized to get your gear to you as quickly as possible.
Delivery Time Breakdown:
- Order Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays).
- Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days after dispatch.
Example:
An order placed on Friday evening will begin processing on the following Monday. Once dispatched, it will typically arrive within the specified transit business days listed above.
Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a secure link to monitor your shipment's progress.
Secure Delivery Policy:
- Because we ship high-value optical equipment, we highly recommend monitoring your tracking information closely. A delivery will be legally considered complete and successful once the carrier's tracking system marks the package as "Delivered" to the exact address provided at checkout.
- If you anticipate that you will not be home to receive the package, we strongly encourage you to arrange for a secure delivery location or contact the carrier directly to hold the package at a local pickup facility.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your order encounters an issue during transit, we will assist you according to the following guidelines:
Damaged Upon Arrival:
- Please inspect the external packaging carefully upon delivery. If the box appears significantly crushed or punctured, please take clear photos/videos before opening it. Contact us at support@teluha.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work swiftly with the carrier to resolve the issue or issue a replacement.
Lost in Transit:
- If your tracking status has not updated for more than 7 consecutive business days, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier to locate your package or issue a full refund/replacement.
Stolen After Delivery:
Once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided address, TELUHA cannot be held liable for stolen or missing packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure and safe from theft.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
- If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failure to accept the delivery, or refusal of the package (including refusal to pay Canadian customs duties), the customer will be held responsible for the original shipping costs incurred by TELUHA. This actual shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund. If you request a reshipment, an additional shipping and handling fee will apply.
